This Privacy Policy describes how Plumbridge Collective, Inc. (“Plumbridge,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit plumbridgecollective.com (the “Site”). The Site is an informational corporate website; we do not sell products, process payments, or require accounts here.
Information you provide. If you contact us by email (for example, at hello@plumbridgecollective.com) or through a form on the Site, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.

We also record limited technical information with each request — the time of submission, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used solely to rate-limit automated abuse. We do not retain your IP address in readable form.
We treat these records as confidential. Access is limited to the Plumbridge personnel who need it, and we do not add requesters to general marketing lists, sell this information, or disclose it to our operating companies for their own marketing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We rely on a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes we specify:

Information generated by the Google Analytics cookies about your use of the Site is transmitted to and stored by Google. Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate Site usage and compile reports. Google may also process this information as described in its own policies. Analytics data is retained under our Google Analytics settings for 14 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As described above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Site is operated from the United States and directed to a U.S. audience. If you visit from outside the U.S., information collected through the Site will be processed in the U.S. Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, our legal basis for analytics processing is our legitimate interest in understanding Site usage; for delivering a document you requested, performance of your request; and for follow-up communications, your consent. The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
The Site links to websites operated by others, including our operating companies (PL Marketing; three sixty Merchandising Solutions), our careers portal, and organizations such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an informational website. Access to white paper request records is restricted to the Plumbridge personnel who need it, and the white paper file itself is stored privately and released only through a time-limited link.
